Welcome to the home page of the Commissioner of Accounts for the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia. Our office has oversight of fiduciaries who qualify before the Court, including executors and administrators of estates, trustees of testamentary trusts, guardians of minors and conservators of incapacitated adults. Our office also reviews accounts of Fairfax sales under deeds of trust.
On this site you will find basic information about the filing process, the fees payable to our office, and the fees payable to fiduciaries. In addition, you will find fillable forms for the basic fiduciary filings with the Court and a variety of resources, information and links.
This site is intended to assist you in navigating your responsibilities as a fiduciary before the Court. Please let us know how we can make the site more useful to you. If you cannot find the information you seek on this site, the Commissioner's office also conducts a monthly outreach meeting at the County Government Center.
